The United Methodist Homes of New Jersey has built five communities throughout the state to serve senior men and woman who qualify under
the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income limits. Affordable Housing offers apartment-style living with community
rooms for activities, emergency pull-cords, a live-in superintendent, parking and a small full-time staff. The United Methodist Homes’
affordable housing communities are Bishop Taylor Manor in East Orange, Covenant Manor
in Plainfield, Wesley by the Bay in Ocean City, Wesleyan Arms in Red Bank and
PineRidge of Montclair in Montclair.
